1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between sk222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, deposits funds into, or otherwise uses any feature or service offered through the sk222 platform, accessible at sk222.bet and any associated mobile or web applications.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with sk222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide valid identification confirming your date of birth upon request;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited by law;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of sk222 or its affiliated companies;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from sk222 or had your account permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are not using the platform on behalf of any third party or acting as an agent for any other person in relation to gambling activities;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction that would make your participation on the platform contrary to your own welfare.

sk222 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification — from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by sk222 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration & KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active sk222 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Any balances or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

3.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents, a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan, a unique email address, and your date of birth. sk222 uses this information for identity verification, payment processing, and account security purposes.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

sk222 is required by the conditions of its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, before the first withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or activity thresholds, or at any time at sk222's discretion. Verification documents typically required include:

• A clear photograph or scan of your CNIC (front and back) or valid passport;

3.3 Account Security

If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify sk222 support immediately.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

Maximum withdrawal amounts per day and per week are subject to the player's account verification status and applicable payment method limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Any active bonus balance must be played through in accordance with applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made;
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder;

4.4 Currency & Fees

All sk222 account balances are held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sk222 does not charge deposit fees. Withdrawal fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed during the withdrawal request process. For USDT TRC20 transactions, the PKR conversion rate applied will be the prevailing rate at the time of transaction as determined by sk222, and blockchain network fees are the responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only;
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire if wagering requirements are not met within the designated period;
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Real-money balance is used first in gameplay. Bonus funds are applied once real-money balance is exhausted;

sk222 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, and coordinated exploitation of promotional terms with other players. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses forfeited and may be permanently closed.

6 Gameplay Rules & Platform Usage

All casino games available on the sk222 platform — including live dealer games, video slots, jackpot games, and table games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering real money.

6.1 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects gameplay, sk222 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. sk222 will not honour bets or payouts that result from a clearly identified system error, regardless of whether the player was aware of the error at the time of betting. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle applied consistently across all sk222 games.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on sk222 is subject to additional rules governing bet settlement, in-play betting, abandoned events, and disputed results. In general: bets will be settled according to official results as declared by the relevant governing body; bets on abandoned matches will be voided unless a specific market rule states otherwise; in-play bets accepted after the official outcome of an event is determined will be voided.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sk222 platform:

• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's details;

• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargeback requests with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate sk222 transactions;
• Minors Gambling: Allowing, facilitating, or encouraging any person under the age of 21 to access or use your sk222 account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sk222 platform — including but not limited to the sk222 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of sk222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the sk222 platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment and gambling activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any sk222 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any sk222 software;
• Use the sk222 brand, logo, or any platform content for commercial purposes;
• Frame or deep-link to any portion of the sk222 platform without authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of sk222 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sk222 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses incurred through normal platform use;

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. sk222 accepts liability only for direct losses caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and only up to the amount of funds held in your sk222 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit sk222's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

sk222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the sk222 Privacy Policy.

In summary, sk222 collects personal information for the following purposes:

• Account registration and identity verification (KYC);
• Processing deposits and withdrawals via Pakistani payment methods (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, etc.);
• Fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering compliance;

11 Responsible Gaming

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, sk222 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is for non-breach reasons (e.g. account inactivity or voluntary closure), any verified balance will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method.

An inactive account is defined as an account with no login activity for twelve (12) or more consecutive months. sk222 may charge an administrative inactivity fee on dormant accounts as disclosed in the platform's fee schedule. Players are notified in advance before any inactivity fee is applied.

13 Amendments to These Terms

sk222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor clarifications or corrections may be applied without advance notice.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sk222 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through sk222's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits sk222's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including in relation to intellectual property rights, fraud, or breach of confidentiality obligations.

15 Contact & Dispute Resolution

sk222 is committed to resolving player concerns fairly and promptly. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your sk222 account, a game outcome, a payment, or these Terms, the following process applies:
